Every step is a new starting point

  1. The predecessor of the company, "Shenzhen Xinlianjia Industrial Development Co., Ltd.", was established

  2. Set up the company's first factory in Shenzhen Longhua Meijing Industrial Zone

  3. The company changed its name to "Shenzhen Jinxin Steel Structure Construction Engineering Co., Ltd." and invested in a factory in Pingdi Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen (about 16,000 m²)

  4. Obtained the Grade III professional contracting qualification for steel structure engineering

  5. Passed ISO system certification (quality management system, occupational health and safety management system, environmental management system)

  6. Obtained the Grade II professional contracting qualification for steel structure engineering

  7. The corporate headquarters moved to Shengtang Building, Tairan 9th Road, Futian District, Shenzhen

  8. Obtained the Grade I professional contracting qualification for steel structure engineering

  9. Completed the shareholding reform; the company changed its name to "Shenzhen Jinxin Green Construction Co., Ltd."

  10. Named a 2015 China Construction Steel Structure Industry (5A) Integrity Enterprise

  11. Obtained the Grade III general contracting qualification for construction engineering

  12. Named a National High-Tech Enterprise

  13. Listed on the New OTC Market, stock code: 839696

  14. Opened a new era of prefabricated steel structure green building

  15. Cumark Tower, built with the GSIN assembled steel structure light-panel building system, received Shenzhen's first prefabricated steel structure building certification in the housing and construction system

  16. The GSIN assembled steel structure light-panel building system passed the technical appraisal of a national expert panel organized by the China Construction Metal Structure Association and led by academician Zhou Xuhong

  17. The company was recognized as one of Guangdong Province's first prefabricated construction industrial bases, and Cumark Tower was recognized as one of Guangdong Province's first prefabricated construction demonstration projects

  18. Named a National Prefabricated Construction Industrial Base

  19. Named the 2022 Guangdong Assembled Steel Structure Light-Panel Building Engineering Technology Research Center

  20. Selected as a Shenzhen Famous Brand

  21. Named a Shenzhen "Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive and Innovative" SME
