Shenzhen GSIN Green Building CO.,LTD was founded in 1998 in the International Low Carbon City of Longgang District, Shenzhen, covering an area of about 30,000 m² with an annual capacity of about 32,000 tons. GSIN is a national high-tech enterprise engaged in the construction of super high-rise steel structures, large-span space steel structures and prefabricated steel structure buildings, holding the Grade I professional contracting qualification for steel structure engineering and the Grade II general contracting qualification for construction engineering. Its predecessor was Shenzhen Jinxin Steel Structure Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., and the shareholding reform was completed in 2015. In November 2016 the company was listed on the New OTC Market (stock code: 839696), and in the same year it was named a 2015 China Construction Steel Structure Industry (5A) Integrity Enterprise and a National High-Tech Enterprise. In February 2019, the company was recognized as one of Guangdong Province's first prefabricated construction industrial bases, and Cumark Tower was recognized as one of Guangdong Province's first prefabricated construction demonstration projects. In 2020 it was recognized as a National Prefabricated Construction Industrial Base. In 2023 it was recognized as the Guangdong Assembled Steel Structure Light-Panel Building Engineering Technology Research Center and a Shenzhen "Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive and Innovative" SME, and was selected as a Shenzhen Famous Brand in the same year.

The company has extensive design, manufacturing and construction experience in steel structure buildings, and has formed a business system featuring professional design, factory-based manufacturing and standardized installation. Among the 100+ projects it has undertaken are 3 super high-rise buildings over 340 meters represented by Shenwan Huiyun Center and One Shenzhen Bay; more than 60 super high-rise buildings between 100 and 300 meters represented by Platinum Tower and Wongtee Tower; over 50 large-span space steel structure buildings represented by the Beijing Normal University Zhuhai Gymnasium (145 m span); and more than 10 prefabricated steel structure buildings represented by Cumark Tower.
Among its completed projects, the company has won 11 national awards represented by the Nanning CR Center Phase I Shopping Mall and the Huizhou Sports Center, and 15 provincial and ministerial awards represented by Hangzhou Gaode Landmark Plaza and Wuxi Taihu New City MixC.

Since 2010, the company has cooperated with research institutes such as the China Academy of Building Research and Tsinghua University to jointly develop the GSIN assembled steel structure light-panel building system. The research results have been applied in Shenzhen's Cumark Tower and the Fourth People's Hospital of Longgang District.
The GSIN assembled steel structure light-panel building system responds to the national call and basic requirements for the construction industry. While pursuing building durability, it also improves the flexibility and freedom of building solutions under different conditions. Building on its rich experience in steel structure fabrication and installation, drawing on advanced technical achievements at home and abroad, and combining domestic steel structure promotion practice, the company continuously optimizes design and improves construction techniques. Together with domestic research institutions such as the China Academy of Building Research and Tsinghua University, as well as internationally renowned prefabricated supporting enterprises, it has created a brand-new prefabricated steel structure building solution — laying a solid foundation for our expansion into the design, construction and development of multi-story and high-rise prefabricated steel structure building systems, and contributing to the development of prefabricated steel structure buildings in China.
The SLAT assembled steel structure light-panel building system centers on the steel-structure body, the light-weight cladding system and assembled building technology, organizing construction through standardized design, factory-based production, assembled installation and information-based management. The company cooperates with research institutes including the China Academy of Building Research, Tsinghua University and Chongqing University to advance the system's R&D and engineering application.
