On 6 August 2017, GSIN held its first work-experience exchange, chaired by Chairman Zhang Feng, to encourage open sharing and continuous learning.
Li Weilin reviewed Shenzhen Bay One T7 construction from safety, technical, commercial and production perspectives. Mao Chaojiang discussed winning work through technical capability and solving clients' problems. Li Shan shared project commercial-management experience; Mao Huayuan explained steel-construction method statements; Zhao Sha reviewed fabrication planning for Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center; Yin Jianjun discussed work-team management; and Kang Baorong explained translating business objectives into departmental responsibilities.
Zhang encouraged more employees to teach and share experience, building a strong internal training team. Future reviews, exchanges and training sessions would improve management, technical skills, corporate culture and teamwork in support of annual targets.
