On the afternoon of 26 November, Guangming District's housing authority organized prefabricated-building training at Cumark Tower, co-hosted by GSIN. More than 120 representatives attended from district departments, public-works organizations, subdistricts, state-owned companies and active projects.
Shenzhen housing officials Dai Yunxiang and Deng Wenmin explained promotion policies, project management, incentives, approvals and technical direction. GSIN Chief Engineer Wang Jianhe presented practical applications of the company's building system.
Participants toured Cumark Tower and reviewed its standardized design, factory production, assembly and digital management. Developed with the China Academy of Building Research and Tsinghua University, the system was applied to Shenzhen's first high-rise prefabricated steel building. Previous visitors included Jiangsu, Guangming and Longgang housing authorities and Shenzhen's public-works authority.
