On the afternoon of 6 November, Shenzhen Yantian District's Housing and Construction Bureau organized a 2019 prefabricated-building and construction-waste reuse training visit to Cumark Tower, a Guangdong demonstration project.
GSIN and division leaders introduced Shenzhen's green-building development and policy, energy-efficiency regulations and standards, prefabricated construction examples and construction-waste industry trends.
Visitors toured the first-floor sample area and fifteenth-floor standard-floor display to examine the system and its built results. The visit supported practical management skills in prefabrication, energy efficiency, green construction and waste reuse. GSIN will continue developing its steel-building system and exploring green construction.
