On the morning of 14 January 2020, representatives of the developer, designers and supervision team attended the groundbreaking of Nanyun Jiayuan's prefabricated steel housing in Gaogang District, Taizhou.
The approximately 160,000 m² development is Taizhou's first prefabricated steel-building project and is planned as a premium modern Chinese-style community. This release records Building 34 as 36.4 m high, with 11 above-ground storeys, one basement level and a total floor area of 7,300 m². Each floor has four apartments of approximately 140–150 m².
The project uses GSIN's light-panel steel-building system: H-section beams and columns, steel-bar truss floor decking, double exterior ALC panels of 150 + 75 mm and interior ALC panels with finish boards. Prefabrication exceeds 80%.
As GSIN's first EPC prefabricated high-rise steel residential project, Nanyun Jiayuan will be delivered through coordinated planning, careful organization and strict quality controls.
