On the 40th anniversary of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, GSIN celebrates the city's transformation from a fishing village into a metropolis. Founded in 1998 with ten people and grown to a national high-tech enterprise of more than 300, GSIN has spent 22 years participating in that development.
Representative super high-rise projects include Shenwan Huiyun Center, Shenzhen Bay One, Bojin Business Plaza, Shenzhen Stock Exchange Operations Center, ICBC Shenzhen Tower, Guoyin Minsheng Financial Center, the Shenzhen branch towers of China Merchants Bank and China Construction Bank, China Mobile Information Tower, Wongtee Tower, Zhengqi Future City, Southern University of Science and Technology, Excellence Meilin Center, Jinlitong Tower, Richinfo Technology Tower and Das Intellitech Tower.
Large-span projects include Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, Shenzhen MSU–BIT University, Shenzhen Sports Center's swimming hall, Shenzhen Airport Ground Transportation Center, Universiade Center, UPS Asia-Pacific air hub, Bao'an Sports Center natatorium, Kaisa Golden Bay International Park, Metro Line 9 maintenance depot, Shekou Sea World, Chunhua Footbridge and 11 pedestrian bridges on Shennan Road.
Prefabricated steel projects include Cumark Tower, Third High-Tech Prefabricated School (Nanhua Primary School), Longgang Fourth People's Hospital and Guangming Science City Exhibition Center.
Historical figures in this release include Huiyun Center: 79 storeys, 358.7 m; Shenzhen Bay One: 76 storeys, 341.4 m; Bojin Towers A and B: 268.4 m and 200.3 m; Shenzhen Stock Exchange: 48 storeys, 245.8 m; the exhibition center: 620,000 m² and 270,000 tonnes of steel; MSU–BIT University: 126,800 m² and a 156.4 m spire; Chunhua Footbridge: a 217.5 m ring; Cumark Tower: 76.4 m and 38,697 m²; and Nanhua Primary School: 48 classes, 2,160 places, completed in four months.
