On 16 May, a delegation from Shenzhen SEZ Construction Science and Industry Group Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Shenzhen SEZ Construction Group, visited GSIN, a National Prefabricated Building Industrial Base. The delegation included Deputy General Manager Peng Lingchuan, Finance Director Li Hui and Wu Fang of the business management center. GSIN Chairman Zhang Feng and senior managers, together with the heads of steel fabrication, financial management, audit and the general office, welcomed the visitors.
Peng Lingchuan and Zhang Feng introduced their companies' business scope, operating scale and organization. Discussions covered how factories undertake work, management and labour allocation, downstream pricing and settlement, contracting arrangements, management remuneration and manufacturing cost control.
The delegation praised GSIN's expertise in green construction and expressed interest in further exchanges and cooperation. GSIN is a national high-tech enterprise working in super high-rise, large-span and prefabricated steel structures, with Grade I specialist steel-structure contracting qualification. The company welcomes visitors interested in green construction to discuss potential cooperation.
