In early and mid-June, GSIN inspected eight key active projects in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhanjiang and other locations as part of its second-quarter 2024 comprehensive review.
Led by the executive deputy general manager and organized by the safety and delivery management department, the team included finance, technical management, supply chain, audit and general-office managers. Reviews covered safety, finance, technology, production, commercial management, materials, administration and quality.
The team heard project reports, inspected sites, reviewed records and scored each item against a standard assessment sheet. Follow-up meetings examined strengths, problems, solutions and feedback from frontline staff.
Written findings were issued to each project. Rewards or penalties followed the company's management red-line rules; rectification notices set deadlines and required reinspection. The programme aimed to strengthen project-delivery responsibilities and maintain efficient, stable construction.
