GSIN passed the 2024 Shenzhen prefabricated-building industrial-base assessment organized by the municipal housing authority. Chairman Zhang Feng, senior managers and departmental representatives received the expert panel.
The panel heard presentations, inspected the fabrication workshops, reviewed production processes and methods and examined evidence covering engineering delivery, technical innovation and talent development. It scored the company against the assessment criteria and discussed current operations.
Experts recognized GSIN's professionalism and achievements and encouraged further innovation and training to support high-quality development across Shenzhen's prefabricated-building supply chain.
The industrial-base programme recognizes organizations with clear objectives, mature technology, strong R&D and training, and the scale and capability to lead the industry. GSIN received Guangdong and Shenzhen component-production base recognition in 2019 and national prefabricated-building industrial-base recognition in 2020.
