Following the April launch of GSIN Homes' nationwide show-home programme, a client from Meizhou, Guangdong, visited the company several times for inspection and discussions. After evaluation, GSIN agreed to build the Qiu family villa as a prefabricated steel-structure show home.
The agreement was signed on 5 November and construction started on 17 November, with a planned programme of three to four months. Having worked in Shenzhen for more than 30 years, the client intended to return to Meizhou after retirement to live closer to his parents.
The client selected a modern Chinese style. GSIN's design team conducted site visits and refined the design to suit the family's needs and local architectural character. GSIN Homes offers Chinese, European and modern villa styles.
At the time of this historical announcement, selected projects under the nationwide show-home programme could receive a construction discount of RMB 500 per square metre. The original promotional graphic and historical contact information are retained below.
