On 13 December, a four-person delegation from the Shenzhen Green Building Association, led by Secretary-General Wang Xiangyu, visited GSIN, an association vice-president member. Chairman Zhang Feng and representatives of the urban-service products division and general office received the visitors.
The exchange reviewed cooperation, business operations and opportunities for higher-quality green-building development. The association recognized GSIN's provincial demonstration projects, including Cumark Tower, Taizhou Nanyun Jiayuan and the Yuncheng Jinxiu Lijing project, and its prefabricated steel-structure light-panel system.
Zhang introduced GSIN's prefabricated steel villas, combining low-carbon design, circular-economy principles and Eastern aesthetics to provide safe, functional and affordable homes. He proposed a show home integrating steel prefabrication, photovoltaic technology and low-carbon industrial-chain resources. The association welcomed further discussion of cooperation among its members.
The group toured light-gauge and heavy-steel villa show homes and discussed comfort and construction quality. Both sides looked forward to further exchanges supporting Shenzhen's green-building industry.
