Located in Haikou, Hainan, the project comprises outdoor membrane canopies No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3. The membranes form a two-level structure at different elevations, supported by tree-like frames. Steel tubes form hexagonal honeycomb structures supporting the membranes.
The canopy materials include single-layer transparent ETFE, double-layer blue transparent ETFE cushions and permanent white PTFE membranes. The structure reaches 35 m in height and covers approximately 18,000 m², as stated in the project description.
Positioned as an experiential duty-free shopping destination, the complex combines international shopping, entertainment, leisure, tourism, dining, cultural activities and hotels with Hainan's local character. Its aim is to become a landmark one-stop duty-free shopping and leisure destination.
