Platinum Tower
Located in Futian District, Shenzhen, floor area about 228,900 m², composed of towers A and B, a 4-floor podium and a 5-floor basement — a large urban complex integrating industrial R&D, premium offices, commercial center and entertainment. Main structure: reinforced concrete core tube + steel radial beams + steel-reinforced columns.
GSIN Assembled Steel Structure Residence
The GSIN assembled steel structure residence — a "steel structure + ALC panel + bamboo panel" three-element house, 6.2 m high, floor area 110 m², exhibited at the 2017 Shenzhen Hi-Tech Fair.
Shenzhen MSU-BIT University
Located in the Shenzhen International University Park in the southwest of Universiade New City, Longgang District, adjacent to the CUHK (Shenzhen) campus. Site area 334,000 m², planned floor area 279,568 m², investment 1.78 billion yuan.
Guangming Science City Exhibition Center
Total floor area of 4,390 m² and a 35-day construction period. Through heat, rainstorms and typhoons, the team worked 24-hour shifts with 92 machines — from wasteland to completion in 35 days.
Shenzhen Stock Exchange Operations Center
Located in Futian District, Shenzhen: 48 floors above ground, 245.8 m high, podium cantilevering 36 m east-west and 22 m north-south, floor area about 267,000 m². Steel-concrete frame-tube main structure with steel truss cantilever podium. 2010 China Steel Structure Gold Award.
Huizhou Sports Center
Located in Huizhou, Guangdong, floor area 66,000 m². Winner of the National Quality Engineering Silver Award; main venue of the opening ceremony of the 13th Guangdong Provincial Games.
Shanghai Reeb Brewery Transformation Project (Phase I)
Two-star green building. Floor area 81,000 m²; 20 building units; 4,800 tons of steel.
Guoyin Minsheng Financial Center
Located in Futian District, Shenzhen, composed of two connected towers: Guoyin Financial Center (34 floors, 160 m) and Minsheng Financial Tower (22 floors, 110 m). Reinforced concrete frame-core tube steel-reinforced structure, about 5,500 tons of steel.
Tencent Wuhan R&D Center
Located in Wuhan, Hubei, floor area 73,000 m², 5,100 tons of steel. Winner of the China Steel Structure Gold Award.
