The GSIN assembled steel structure light-panel building system is a building system developed on the basis of the company’s own steel structure fabrication and installation technology, introducing prefabricated construction technology from abroad and cooperating with research institutes including the China Academy of Building Research, Tsinghua University and Chongqing University.
Technical system
The system centers on the steel-structure body (Steel-structure), the light-weight cladding system (Light-weight cladding system) and assembled building technology (Assembled building technology), organizing construction through standardized design, factory-based production, assembled installation and information-based management.
Representative projects
- Cumark Tower: one of Guangdong Province’s first prefabricated construction demonstration projects, an assembled steel structure high-rise built under the EPC contracting model.
- Guangming Science City Exhibition Center: total floor area of 4,390 m², with a 35-day construction period.
- Taizhou Nanyun Jiayuan: an EPC assembled steel structure residential project.
- Longgang Fourth People’s Hospital Longshan Transitional Business Premises: a steel structure and modular combination building.
